1. Our Commitment
Archer Spaces LLC wants every visitor to be able to read, navigate, and use this Site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. Accessibility is part of how we build our website, not something added on afterward.
2. The Standard We Target
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We do not use accessibility overlay scripts; they do not fix underlying code and can interfere with assistive technology.
3. What Is Built In
- A skip link to the main content on every page
- Semantic headings in order, one H1 per page, and landmark regions
- Text and background colors chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast standard
- Keyboard access to every link, button, and form control, with a visible focus ring
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and empty alt on decorative ones
- Labels on every form field, with error messages announced to screen readers
- FAQ content rendered as plain visible text rather than hidden behind an interactive accordion, so it is readable without JavaScript
- Motion kept minimal and respectful of the reduced-motion browser setting
4. Known Limitations
Some third-party services we link to or embed, such as Google Maps and our Google review page, are outside our control. If one of them is a barrier for you, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way.
5. Report a Barrier
If any part of this Site is hard to use, email alex@archerspaces.us with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed barriers in the next update.
